We finished 6 months in 2024, now what ?
Hi Friends,
We finished 6 months in 2024. Damm, It was like a month for me. Time moves really fast. I can’t believe that we finished 6 months, bruh, there are only 6 months left, get ready, my friend, there are some things that you promised that you would do this year.
In these 6 months, I’ve completed almost more than 60% of my list. I’m planning to go to Kerala in Nov, and I started writing a book. This year, I didn’t make any New Year resolutions; this list is just an add-on.
In life, everything is a choice. You can sleep, or you can work it up to you.
It is almost 2 Am on Sunday, and I’m soo tired since I’m in a workshop from morning 9:30 am to 7:30 pm and from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm, there is another productivity class, and from there, I’ve attended a birthday party and did some work and had a meeting with the team and now after finishing everything I’m writing this newsletter since I have to publish this on Monday,
I can simply ignore this since it's Sunday, and I’ve been working since morning 9 without any break of more than an hour, but I’m still writing this because I value every reader out there who is reading this.
This is one of the best weeks for learning; I’ve joined a workshop for 5000 rupees. To be honest, I do not have the minimum account balance in my Ac, although I paid to attend the workshop, and when the teacher was saying the words, they were hitting me like slaps on my face. I have learned how to build systems in business so that I won’t need every time.
I didn’t make much progress this week in terms of work, but in terms of learning and getting clarity, this week is one of the best weeks so far this year. I’ve realized that sometimes I’ll start some projects with excitement without any plan, and at some point, I get bored and demotivated to keep going and stop it. This happens to me a lot.
This is the word that I wrote in my diary on the first page that is 1st Jan. I didn’t have any new resolutions; the only thing that I wrote is I know I’m doing the things which are good; if I do the consistently then that will be the greatest success in my life.
Since it is not the huge efforts that matter the most in the long run, it’s the tiny actions that are done every day over time compound, which lead to your greater success.
You might know that as I’m doing in-hand business, I’m surprised to see the Indian market, where people are so keen on the price. They want to pay a small price and want the premium service.
Btw, I watched the Kalki Movie on the First day
Highlights of this week 💫
When it comes to the highlights, this week, I’ve learned a lot from the people as well as from the workshop.
Attended a Three-day workshop on the Business
Attended a Meeting on productivity by Ali Abdaal
Watched the Kalki Movie; it was good.
One of the things that hit me so hard, and I have to admit, is I have no clarity in my business; I know I’m doing the work, but for what?
One of the biggest questions that I always ask is whether you really enjoy doing it; if not, think twice before you go deep.It is not all about the money; you need to follow your rules, and you can sell your character for money no matter what.
I’m going to meet a founder who is running a 2800-core turnover company. They are listed on Stock; I’m really excited.
Learnings of the Week 🌱
One of the things that I’ve learned is thats on white-collar people than blue-collar it is easier to build big thing people. Don’t get me wrong, since I’m talking from personal experience, I’m having a really bad experiences with these people, they tell lies, don’t do work properly, they don’t respond and lot more.
As I said that, this is one of the best weeks for learning. I personally experienced some people will cheat, some people will work no matter what for the money, and some people just show off that they are working and they never work. I’ve seen these three kinds, and it's really hard to find the right teams these days; if you are someone who you think is good, then please reach out to me.
I’m getting sleep actually while writing this, but yeah anyway I wanna talk about the workshop that I’ve attended, I think its going to take another newsletter to write but i’ll keep it simple.
Whenever you are running a business or want to run a business, or even want to do a job, be crystal clear with the goals; money is not the goal for everyone out there; there are some people who need satisfaction, some need motive, and some might need another thing. But be clear about your goals because that is the most important thing; if you don’t know what you really want, then It’s really hard to achieve it.
In this newsletter, I don’t want to talk more about the business because if you want to do business, you anyway learn it, and I’ll try to give my learnings from my personal experience.
See, you have 24 hours, and if you sleep 8 hours, you have 16 hours left in a day; I guess most of my subscribers are students who want to do something.
This is a small exercise for you ( I hope you do it ): take a clean sheet of paper, keep away the laptop and your mobile, and write. I have 24 hours in a day of sleep - ? and necessities work like food, bath, etc.. - ?, how many hours am I free -?, and how many hours can I dedicate to learning something or doing something?
you don’t have to give all your time; as I said, the tiny actions that are done daily matter the most in the long run.
I have a lot of things to see, but I really don’t have the energy to type things, so I’ll share everything next week.
Random Thoughts 🫠
Let’s say you are going to die by the end of the next week; what do you do?
If I am going to die next week, I probably travel and spend most of the time with my family and friends.
If I don’t have the money, I even sell my land to get money to travel and explore some of the things that I can.
First, Let me know what you do if you are going to die next week?
If you know that you are going to die next week, here there are two kinds of people.
The first kind seems like I’m going to die anyway, so in these remaining days, I’ll do whatever I really want to do and spend my time where I really care about. [ This is the life that they need ]
The second kind worries that they are going to die and do nothing for the whole week.
See if you match this to your personal life, you can improve a lot.
I have a lot of examples in my mind, but I would love to hear from your side, please write me an email with your thoughts on this, [ I’ll read every email ]
Book Summary 📖
This week, I didn’t have a chance to read any book; I just went through a book called “Think Like A Monk” and read a few quotes that I really loved that I highlighted back then.
